We are a fee-based wealth manager

Why Kestrel Wealth?

Our potential clients often seek out Kestrel Wealth Management due to a life change or a liquidity event. Examples include the sale of a business or property, retirement pension rollover, unsatisfied with current advisor, divorce settlement, or lottery winnings.

What We do

Kestrel Wealth provides investment and wealth management advice and services to clients in exchange for a fee. Unlike commission-based professionals (such as Brokers) who earn a commission on the financial products they sell to clients, we earn fees for the advice and services that we provide, regardless of the specific investments chosen.

Here for You

In addition, we provide investment management services, including portfolio management, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning. We work closely with clients, their attorneys, and tax professionals, to develop a personalized investment strategy and provide ongoing guidance and support to help our clients achieve their financial goals.

Kestrel Wealth has a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of our clients and we are legally obligated to disclose any potential conflicts of interest. We are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
